Nazia Aziz is post graduated with Double M.A. LL.B. She has completed LL.B in 2014. She is a trademark expert and has been practicing in intellectual property law. She has participated in various projects of ‘National Council for Science and Technology Communication’ (NCSTC) Government of India for ‘science awareness among the children’ and awarded many certificates for best representation. She has completed Paralegal training from MARG (Shahpur Jatt), worked in various NGO’s and social service departments as a legal associate. She has also worked in ‘District Legal Services Authority’ (DLSA) as a Paralegal volunteer and practiced in District Court Of Saket, Delhi. She also worked in women’s cell department and handled all kinds of matrimonial disputes. She is currently working in trademark prosecution which includes show cause hearings, drafting response and submissions, evidence scrutiny, pre-filing advice, oppositions and journal watch. She spends her free time writing poetry and sketching. She also has keen interest in the field of fashion designing, interior designing & modelling. Her aim is to give her best in her field.
